As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from the courier within 48 hours.
The message will include a link to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated from the moment the item is shipped:
Italy (mainland): 24–48 hours
Italian islands: 48–72 hours
Europe (EU): 3–4 business days
Non-EU countries: 5–7 business days
For pre-order items
the wait is significantly longer:
please allow at least 3 months for production, followed by another 3 months for delivery.
These are limited-edition pieces, and such timing reflects the care and craftsmanship behind each creation.
Purchase Terms
How preorder works?
Pre-order products are still in the production phase and therefore not yet available. When you place a pre-order, you will pay a deposit to reserve the product. Once the product becomes available, you will receive an email to complete the payment. The amount you will pay will be the total price of the product minus the deposit you have already paid.
Example: If you paid a €50 deposit for a product with a total price of €300, when the product becomes available you will receive an email asking you to complete the pre-order with a payment of €250 (€300 – €50 = €250).
You will have a maximum of 90 days to complete the purchase by paying the remaining balance, deducting the amount already paid as a deposit.
Defective or damaged product
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@studioeverart.com. Describe the issue and/or defect, attach some photos and your order number. Our team will get in touch with you and provide all the necessary instructions.

We create exclusive resin art collectibles from scratch, concept, sculpt, and detail are developed entirely in-house by our creative team. Our work is not based on reused molds or copied figures, but on narrative depth and artistic vision.

Using Evercoins
Evercoins grant collectors access to exclusive, non-cumulative discounts.
For example, 500 Evercoins unlock a 5% discount on the preorder price of the next statue — but that’s just the beginning.
Evercoins are cumulative: you can collect them over time and are not required to use them as soon as you reach a specific threshold.
However, discounts are not stackable: having 1,000 Evercoins does not entitle you to a 10% discount (i.e., 5% + 5%). Each reward tier applies individually.
They cannot be combined with discount codes or coupons.
They can be used even on already discounted items.
