Purchase Terms

Placing an Order

By placing an order through the Studio Everart website, you confirm that you are using a legitimate and authorized payment method, that you have the legal age and capacity to complete the purchase, and that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

Payment Information

By entering your payment details on the website, you consent to our use of such information to process your order. The information provided may also be processed by authorized third parties for purposes related to order management, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes third-party providers involved in the delivery of goods or services.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Studio Everart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion before the transaction is completed. This may occur in the event of:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Purchase limits exceeded per customer or household

  • Errors in product pricing, availability, or description

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in EURO, unless otherwise stated. The images on the website are for illustrative purposes only; the final product may vary, particularly as each piece is handmade, with slight differences in paintwork or shape. Minor variations or imperfections not visible under normal conditions are not considered defects.

Errors and Corrections

Studio Everart reserves the right to correct any errors on the website at any time, including pricing, availability, shipping costs, or product descriptions—even after an order has been submitted.

NRD (Non-Refundable Deposit) Policy

Certain items require a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) to secure your reservation. The NRD typically amounts to 20% of the item’s price, unless otherwise specified (e.g., for framed items).

The NRD is non-transferable, non-reimbursable, and cannot be applied to other orders in the event of a cancellation.

In exceptional cases, Studio Everart may consider a refund of the NRD at its sole discretion.

24-Hour Grace Period

If you do not agree with these terms, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.

Refunds

In case of order cancellation (outside the 24-hour grace period), the amount paid—excluding the NRD—will be refunded within 3 months.

All refunds are processed exclusively through PayPal. The customer is responsible for any transaction fees charged by PayPal.

If you used reward points for your order, these will automatically be re-credited to your account in the event of cancellation.

If you have not received your refund within 3 months, please check your PayPal account status. If the refund is not reflected, contact us at info@studioeverart.com.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Refunds are only available for items purchased at full price. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods: sea freight and air freight.

  • Sea Shipping: free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 40–50 business days.

  • Air Shipping: available at an additional cost, with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days. Payment must be completed within 7–10 days of the shipping notification for the statue. In case of delay, the order will be suspended. If no response is received from the buyer within 30 days, Studio Everart reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

In both cases, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.

Studio Everart is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or by unforeseen events.

Shipping Risks

Once the products are handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer.


Refund and Damaged Item Policy

Damaged Item (Replacement If Applicable)

We only replace defective parts that are actually replaceable. No monetary compensation will be issued for damaged components.
If needed, please contact us at support@studioeverart.com and provide detailed photos of the damaged parts so we can properly assess the situation.
Studio Everart will cover the shipping costs related to the replacement part.

Order Cancellation

To be eligible for a full refund, your cancellation request must be sent via email to support@studioeverart.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once you receive your invoice via email, you will have 15 days to complete the payment. If payment is not received within that period, the preorder will be automatically suspended.
If payment is not made within 30 days, or if you do not inform our Customer Service of your intent to cancel within the same timeframe, the order will be cancelled without notice and all payments made will be non-refundable.

If the cancellation is requested within 30 days, the amount paid will be refunded minus the 20% NRD (Non-Refundable Deposit).

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

In the case of a valid cancellation, the refund (excluding the 20% NRD, regardless of the initial deposit amount) will be processed within a maximum of 3 months from the date of cancellation.
While we strive to refund as quickly as possible, most refunds are completed within 2 months.

To request a refund, the collector must send their PayPal account information to support@studioeverart.com. The refund will be processed within 3 months of receiving the PayPal details.

Important Note: A PayPal account is required to process the refund. Any fees charged by PayPal will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Delays or Non-Receipt (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund within 3 months, please check your PayPal account again, as it may take time for the refund to officially post.
